Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders are dispatched the following working day.
- Processing time may vary during peak demand, product restocks, or unexpected delays.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options at checkout, including:
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Economical and reliable delivery.
- Includes tracking.
Express Shipping (1–2 business days)
- Fastest delivery available.
- Includes 24hr tracking.
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods can affect transit times.
Tracking Your Order
- All orders include a tracking number once shipped.
- Tracking details are emailed automatically to the address used at checkout.
- Please allow 12–24 hours after shipping for tracking to update.
If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, feel free to contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
Renovo Peptides ships only to areas where research peptides are legally permitted.
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for certain shipping methods)
- Countries, states, or regions where peptide research materials are restricted or controlled
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be legally shipped.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Missing apartment or suite number
- Recipient unavailable
Reshipping fees may apply.
Renovo Peptides is not responsible for lost packages resulting from customer-input errors.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order leaves our facility and is accepted by the carrier, it is the carrier’s responsibility. However, we will assist with:
- Carrier investigations
- Claims
- Replacement options where applicable
Packages marked Delivered by the carrier cannot be refunded unless a carrier investigation confirms loss.
Order Changes or Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
If Renovo Peptides ships internationally:
- Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs delays may occur and are outside our control.
